Take charge of your leadership development
As busy leaders and managers, we often do not pay attention to or are unaware of the rich corpus of available knowledge that already exists. Leadership and management is complex enough. We should not have to reinvent the wheel when there are existing frameworks that can be immensely helpful.
At the same time we have to be wary of oversimplified formulaic abstractions that are far removed from reality.
